Mozart Concerto for Two Pianos

Masterworks Series >

Composer, conductor and pianist Ryan Wigglesworth joins fellow pianist Marc-André Hamelin for a four-handed fugue and a romp through the showpiece that Mozart played with his equally gifted sister, Maria Anna Mozart. Wigglesworth also presents the first American performance of his Mozart Variations for piano and orchestra. Aubrey Logan with the Seattle Symphony

Exclusives >

Whether she’s jammin’ on her trombone or breezing through a song with her nothing-held-back, multi-octave vocals, Seattleite Aubrey Logan captivates audiences. She’s been called “The Queen of Sass” and it’s easy to see why. Her concerts are a mix of excellent musicality, jaw-dropping vocals, expert trombone-playing, a breathtaking array of originals, unique takes on cover songs and, well … fun!

Her heart-wrenching musical stories have audiences in tears just before her comedic relief has them in stitches. Aubrey Logan trained in trombone performance at Berklee College of Music and soon after made her way to Los Angeles, with dreams of becoming L.A.’s “most cerebral musician with a personality.” She created her own path, lining up professional work with acts as disparate as the Boston Pops, Pharrell, Josh Groban, Seth McFarlane and Meghan Trainor. At the same time, Logan amassed a huge online following thanks to her performances with the YouTube phenomenon Postmodern Jukebox.
